Online Memo Requests ship via US mail. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is available.

Online Product Orders ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air® and UPS 2nd Day Air® is available.

Note: Expedited orders received after 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will ship via the expedited service selected on next business day.

Return Policy
No merchandise may be returned without our prior approval and instruction. In the case of a return, the following terms and conditions apply:

• No merchandise may be returned without our prior approval and instruction
• No upholstery fabric under 5 yards returned
• No drapery fabric under 9 yards returned
• No drapery hardware returned that has been cut, altered or installed
• All authorized returns within 30 days will be subject to freight in/out, plus handling charges
• All authorized returns after 30 days but within 60 days will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus in/out freight and handling
• All authorized returns for "damaged" fabric will be inspected
• Robert Allen reserves the right to assess freight, handling and restocking charges on unsubstantiated claims
• No returns after goods cut or processed
• No returns after 60 days
